Our Journey is Fleming County Schools’ district-wide newsletter, shared weekly with students, teachers, staff, parents, and guardians. It serves as a clear and consistent line of communication that keeps our school community informed, connected, and aligned. Our Journey helps create a shared understanding of where we are, where we are headed, and why the work matters.

In Fleming County Schools, we take great pride in the creativity and talent of our students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The arts are alive in our classrooms and hallways, and each week our students continue to amaze us with their imagination, skill, and growth. We invite you to take a moment to explore this week’s featured artwork and celebrate the incredible work our young artists are creating.

This Week's Message

Dear Fleming Countians,

At Fleming County Schools, we are committed to keeping our community informed, connected, and engaged in the work happening across all five of our schools. Every day, there are powerful stories unfolding in our classrooms, on our campuses, and throughout our district, and we want to make sure those stories are reaching everyone.

As social media continues to grow and our district’s digital presence expands, we also recognize an important reality. Not every stakeholder uses social media or the Fleming County Schools app. Staying informed should never depend on a single platform. That is why we are excited to launch a new weekly district newsletter, Our Journey.

Our Journey is designed to be simple, accessible, and community-centered. Each week, the newsletter will be shared through multiple channels to ensure every Fleming Countian has an opportunity to stay connected. The newsletter will be delivered by text message, sent via email, posted on all Fleming County Schools social media platforms, and published directly on the Fleming County Schools homepage.

This weekly update will highlight learning across our schools, celebrate students and staff, share important reminders and upcoming events, and provide a clear window into the work moving our district forward. Most importantly, it is another way we strengthen communication, transparency, and trust with our families and community.

We hope Our Journey becomes a regular touchpoint that keeps you informed and reminds you of the incredible things happening for our students each week.

Thank you for your continued support of Fleming County Schools.

Our Journey Continues…
